Job Description:
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist on our Accounting Analysis and Financial Operations team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across arenaflex to support new business initiatives and lead projects with a high-performing team that oversees financial processes for our Channel Advancement and global retail business. This position is critical to arenaflex's success and pioneering efforts within financial operations. Additionally, the Full Stack Data Entry Specialist will assist in ensuring a timely and accurate month-end close.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership – communicate vision and strategy for the financial team and establish a positive culture, instilling trust in leadership and collaboration to achieve business results.
- Administer complex areas of financial operations – oversee financial processes and provide clients with clear guidance on financial impacts.
- Enhance and collaborate for continuous process improvement – lead and prompt others in the execution of ideas and innovations to refine existing systems, internal controls, and work processes affecting month-end and quarter-end financial close and reporting.
- Assist in building partnerships and constructing a high-performing team – mentor and motivate team members to meet business targets, challenge the status quo, and seek continuous improvement. Engage, retain, and develop high-performing team members to address the needs of a growing business and provide ongoing smart development discussions.
- Enjoy working with a vibrant, fun team and have a clear ability to drive the business forward as part of a highly collaborative team, while acting in accordance with arenaflex's core values.
We'd Love to Hear From Individuals With:
* 4+ years of relevant experience in: + Driving financial projects for a large, global, public organization + Working cross-functionally with teams and business groups to implement financial solutions for new business initiatives + Communicating with multiple stakeholders and settings, including presenting financial results and topics to finance and business leaders + Experience with Blackline modules, including accounts, reconciliations, and journals modules
- CPA or potentially open accounting experience or more
- Four-year degree required. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
