About the Role

We are seeking an experienced REMOTE DATA ENTRY MANAGER to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our virtual support team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, including data entry, email management, and other tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Compose emails and manage business communications with clients and customers
  • Conduct video conferences and meetings with clients and team members
  • Interact with clients and customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional support
  • Schedule and plan meetings and events, both online and offline
  • Conduct online research and data collection using spreadsheets and other tools
  • Prepare and analyze reports, and provide insights to clients and team members
  • Engage in creative writing and media work, including content creation and social media management
  • Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the team lead or clients

Essential Qualifications

  • Graduate of a distinguished university or equivalent experience
  • Proven success in school or on the job, with a strong track record of achievement
  • Professional presentation on resume and online profiles
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
  • No other work commitments that may conflict with the role
