Your Key Responsibilities
As a Phone and Chat Sales Representative, your primary duties will include:
- Qualifying prospects through cold calling, emailing, and messaging
- Successfully converting prospects into long-term business relationships
- Meeting monthly and weekly sales goals
- Providing exceptional customer service and answering customer questions about features, benefits, pricing, and availability
- Growing customer accounts through low-ticket sales
- Collaborating with the sales team and sharing ideas to improve sales processes
- Implementing effective organizational techniques for managing each stage of the sales cycle

Our Compensation Package
Our compensation package is designed to reward your hard work and dedication. As a Phone and Chat Sales Representative, you can expect to earn:
- $800-$1500 per month at the Beginner Level (1-4 months in the company after training)
- $1600-$2500 per month at the Advanced Level (5 months and onward)
- No cap on commissions, with your earnings highly dependent on your performance
Requirements
To succeed as a Phone and Chat Sales Representative, you'll need:
- Proven experience of at least 6 months in cold calling or a similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- C1-C2 English proficiency
- A computer with Windows 8 or newer, or Mac OS 2015 or newer
- Full-time availability
