What to Expect: Job Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or chat
  • Identifying customer needs and assisting them in utilizing specific features
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
  • Updating internal CRM with information about technical issues and discussions with customers

What We Require: Essential Qualifications
