Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of remote customer service professionals. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.   • Availability to work a flexible reduced hour schedule, including evenings and weekends
