Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer data, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently process customer data, including demographic information, purchase history, and other relevant details
- Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
