Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing consultative customer service and sales support to our clients, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of our services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients, driving sales and building strong relationships

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PC capabilities
