Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer relations team by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, processing vendor payments, and coordinating events and experiences. You'll work closely with our leadership team to ensure seamless execution of our events and experiences, and provide exceptional support to our VIP guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our customer database, including vendor information and event details
- Process vendor payments and manage our financial arrangements
- Coordinate events and experiences, including arranging logistics, managing RSVPs, and labeling and seating for debuts
- Provide exceptional support to our VIP guests, including coordinating experiences and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with our leadership team to ensure seamless execution of our events and experiences
- Develop and maintain relationships with our vendors and partners
- Assist with directing capacity supports for asset opportunity for our VIP guests, including coordinating experiences and managing RSVPs
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of work experience in customer relations or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with unparalleled social skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with the entertainment industry, including buzz-worthy titles, surprising new talent, and designs
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with event planning and coordination
- Knowledge of the entertainment industry, including trends and developments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping software
