Job Summary

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in addressing customer concerns, providing support, and resolving issues related to our healthcare products and services. You'll be the face of our organization, and your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

* Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our healthcare products and services

  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in healthcare or related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve complex issues
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Customer-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Work Environment

* Remote work environment, with the ability to work from home in a private residence

  • arenaflex will provide the necessary equipment, including a webcam, to conduct work
  • High-speed internet connection (DSL or cable) required, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps
  • Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems, with the ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
