Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally, and providing information on flight schedules, cancellations, and delays. Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Assist customers with booking and changing flight reservations
• Provide information on flight schedules, cancellations, and delays
• Process payments, refunds, and other transactions
• Maintain customer records and update their account information
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Availability to work weekends and holidays if needed
