Key Responsibilities
As a Freight Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex's freight services, connecting directly with customers via phone and in-person. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and secure freight delivery
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- A valid driver's license
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to frequently lift equipment, supplies, or items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, safety footwear, and high-visibility safety attire
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience in freight cargo and warehouse activities, as well as writing/PC skills, are highly desirable.
