Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various lines of business. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing timely and professional responses to written communication, and utilizing our CRM system to resolve technical inquiries. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing best-in-class customer service to students and alumni
- Respond to written communication in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize our CRM system to resolve technical inquiries and follow up with customers for resolution
- Follow policies and procedures regarding escalations
- Update records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notate all interactions
- Comprehend training material on various topics and share new concepts and content
- Adhere to all federal and state laws governing the industry
- Attain all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

Education and Qualifications
* High school or equivalent (required)
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
