Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from home, with the option to work from our office if preferred. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, answering their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from retailers, responding to their queries and providing assistance with purchasing products from arenaflex

  • Provide product information, answer basic questions, and assist clients in navigating the arenaflex website
  • Input purchase orders into the system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Accept payment over the phone, submit requests for refunds, exchanges, and other related tasks
  • Assist buyers with tracking shipments, order delays, and receiving incorrect or damaged merchandise
  • Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience working as a call center customer service agent, receptionist, or client intake coordinator

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong data entry skills, with the ability to accurately input information into the system
