Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience, preferably in a support or customer service role.
  • A 2-year Associate Degree or 4-year College Degree in a related field, such as communications, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in chat support is preferred, but not required.
