Key Responsibilities:
As an Operations Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional live chat support to customers through our website and social media channels
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to promote products and services through live chat and social media
- Following provided steps and instructions to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Working independently, with minimal supervision, to manage your workload and meet performance targets
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions and feedback
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, marketing, communications) is an asset
- 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions
- Reliable internet connectivity and a device (phone, tablet, laptop) to access our systems
- Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
