Job Description

As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate (Portuguese) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing accurate and consistent information to individuals and families seeking healthcare services. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and passion for helping others will make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist individuals and families in gaining access to healthcare services

  • Provide accurate and consistent information to customers
  • Provide quality customer service and support
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal health information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

* Customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people

  • Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications
  • Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual skills (i.e., Portuguese) required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment; experience in healthcare or a related field a plus
