Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative on our Bank of America Operations Support team, you'll be responsible for providing quality service and efficient operations support to our clients and internal stakeholders. You'll handle routine and standard transactions according to established procedures and prescribed processes, while also demonstrating operational discipline and adaptability. Key Responsibilities

* Processes transactions according to established procedures and prescribed processes

  • Demonstrates operational discipline while handling routine and standard operational functions
  • Covers one or more operations functional areas, such as analyses, report generation, opening new accounts, trade processing, payment processing, and data entry
  • Assists with phone calls, email boxes, and processing queues
  • Refers more complex problems to management
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
