Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Experience Evaluator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Evaluating arenaflex's online presence, including our website and social media channels, to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback.
  • Conducting phone calls with arenaflex's customer service team to assess the quality of interactions, representative knowledge, and helpfulness.
  • Providing detailed and constructive feedback on your experiences, highlighting strengths and weaknesses.
  • Collaborating with our team to identify trends and patterns in customer feedback, and contributing to the development of strategies to improve customer experiences.
  • Participating in regular check-ins and feedback sessions to ensure alignment with arenaflex's goals and objectives.

Requirements
