Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant - Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and responding to 75+ inbound inquiries daily, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
  • Maintaining a professional phone presence, providing excellent customer service, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks throughout the day, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and success
  • Attending and actively participating in team meetings and training seminars to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Supporting the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Continuously challenging yourself to improve and contribute to team success, demonstrating a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in customer service or as a virtual assistant, handling inbound inquiries and providing exceptional service
  • Strong phone skills and ability to handle about 75 inbound inquiries daily via phone, email, and live chat
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in English over the phone and email
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Self-motivated with proven ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively to team success
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to analyze opportunities and inefficiencies, and propose solutions to management
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, production, operations, finance, and senior management

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience with real estate or the supplementation and fitness industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and present data insights to stakeholders
