Job Description:

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations by accurately and efficiently processing data, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a 100% remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately and efficiently process data, including data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including databases, spreadsheets, and other documentation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and improve processes
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex systems, tools, and technologies
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with data entry software and systems (e.g., ERP, CRM)

  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with arenaflex systems, tools, and technologies
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView)
  • Certification in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
