As a valued member of our team, you will:

• Provide a wide range of infusion treatments in patients' homes
• Utilize your clinical expertise and personal touch to help patients recover in the comfort of their own homes
• Conduct one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education according to the physician's plan of treatment
• Develop strong relationships with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare partners
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and clinical requirements in specialty infusion through ongoing training and certification opportunities

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of work, with additional licensure possible in multi-state service areas
• Minimum one year of nursing experience, with IV-related experience a plus
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and car insurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word to document and track patient care activity
• Participation in on-call rotation as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Three years of nursing experience
• One year of infusion experience
• Home healthcare experience
