The Opportunity
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and industries, providing billing support and customer service to their customers. You will be responsible for:
- Assisting callers with billing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Determining the offerings that customers are missing and making upgrade and add-on service recommendations
- Ensuring First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
- Coding sales accurately and completely
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and customers

- Familiarity with company processes and policies
- Clear, confident, and professional communication skills to build trust and rapport
- Understanding of "client call flow"
- Quick-thinking management of client needs
- Assertiveness to promote additional products and services
- Empathy and a sincere desire to assist and prioritize the customer
- Tenacity to understand and deliver on customers' needs
Requirements
* No degrees necessary – we're looking for talented individuals who are ready to start a business and be their own boss
- A computer with a separate monitor (dual boot machines, Netbooks, and Tablets are prohibited)
- High-speed wired Internet (no WiFi)
- Phone with headset
- Pass a background screening
