Job Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Precise reading, interpreting, and entering data into our computer system, including calculating dosages, processing prescriptions, and verifying patient information
• Contacting healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure the accuracy of patient data
• Responding to patient calls to facilitate and manage new prescription orders, reorders, and benefit verifications
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with our pharmacy team to resolve any issues or concerns related to data entry or patient care

Required Qualifications:

* Valid Illinois Pharmacy Technician License

• At least 6 months of experience working in a pharmacy setting
• Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email
• Strong keyboarding skills and ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8-10 hours)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional patient care and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience as a pharmacy technician

• Experience handling and resolving customer needs via phone
• Medical billing, coding, or other clinical support experience
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Proficiency in computer programs and data entry software
