Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Researcher, you will be responsible for developing and executing research and analytics projects that drive business insights and inform strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that improve patient outcomes, enhance the healthcare experience, and reduce costs. This role requires a strong foundation in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute research and analytics projects that drive business insights and inform strategic decision-making
- Design and implement data-driven solutions that improve patient outcomes, enhance the healthcare experience, and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain complex data models, statistical models, and machine learning algorithms
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong foundation in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines

* Master's degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- Experience working in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and data warehousing technologies
