Job Summary

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer service and sales calls from potential and current customers. You'll provide expert guidance, address concerns, and offer solutions that exceed customer expectations. Your exceptional communication skills, sales acumen, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to potential and current customers via phone, email, or chat.

Requirements

* 1+ years of customer service, call center, or retail experience required.

  • 1-year sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle high-stress situations.
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Respect for and maintenance of customer and client confidentiality.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $12.50 - $13.75 per hour.
