About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for interacting with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional support, and helping them navigate our products and services. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for learning and a knack for communicating complex issues in a clear and educational manner, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Educating customers on online privacy best practices and data protection strategies
  • Documenting information about customer cases, resolutions, and feedback to inform our strategic direction
  • Partnering with internal teams to resolve complex issues and championing customer needs throughout the process
  • Resolving inquiries received via web, email, and internal ticketing system in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identifying potential user interface issues and escalating them to the relevant teams
  • Collaborating with the Customer Support Team Lead to resolve customer issues that cannot be resolved through standard support channels

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written skills
  • Adept troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • A passion for learning and an ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and educational manner
  • Ability to adapt to rapid changes in the workplace
  • Proficiency in using technology and navigating multiple systems

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $24-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
