Key Responsibilities
As a Website Chat Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries via live chat on our website in a friendly and professional manner
- Providing accurate information about our products, services, and promotions to assist customers in their purchasing decisions
- Engaging with website visitors to understand their needs and guide them to appropriate resources
- Documenting customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services
- Working collaboratively with the customer service and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Participating in training sessions to develop your skills in customer interaction and product knowledge

Requirements
