Key Responsibilities

As a Website Chat Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries via live chat on our website in a friendly and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about our products, services, and promotions to assist customers in their purchasing decisions
  • Engaging with website visitors to understand their needs and guide them to appropriate resources
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services
  • Working collaboratively with the customer service and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Participating in training sessions to develop your skills in customer interaction and product knowledge
  • Maintaining a positive and proactive attitude while assisting customers online

Requirements

While prior experience in customer service or chat support is not required, we're looking for individuals who are enthusiastic to learn and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on customer engagement
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Basic familiarity with online chat tools and platforms is a plus

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (not required but a plus)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (a plus)
  • Experience with CRM software (a plus)
