Key Responsibilities

  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete product/service information using the right methods/tools to boost sales
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets, while also maintaining records of customer interactions and processing customer accounts
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality of service and sales
  • Going the extra mile to engage customers and secure sales, while also actively participating in promotional events and giveaways on weekends
