Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Agent to join our team and manage social media interactions for multiple clients across various platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining a positive online presence. Key Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee social media interactions for multiple clients across various platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube

  • Create engaging content, including posts, updates, and responses to customer inquiries
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a positive online presence and ensure that all social media interactions are aligned with arenaflex's brand values and guidelines
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve future social media campaigns
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Basic English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers

  • No previous experience in live chat or social media management required; comprehensive training will be provided at the start
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
  • Dependability and responsibility are key; ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Beginner-friendly; all necessary training will be provided to ensure you are fully prepared for the role

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
