What You Will Do

As an Experienced Live Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues. You'll collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses, stay updated on product and service knowledge to deliver accurate information to customers, and maintain a friendly and professional tone in all interactions.
