Your Role: Work from Home Customer Service Representative
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service to our clients and their members. Your role will involve:
- Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing effective resolutions to customer inquiries.
- Researching and resolving complex issues, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of our products and services.
- Accurately documenting call details, maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.
- Communicating empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation, building trust and rapport with our clients.
- Meeting team goals for quality and customer satisfaction daily, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A commitment to excellence and a positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in navigating computer applications, including our CRM system and other software tools.
- A desire to exceed customer expectations and grow professionally, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Previous healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, with a strong track record of quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service.
- Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days.
- A typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
- A hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.
- A secure, private work area at home.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
