Primary Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Front Desk Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing WOW! customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Managing front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries
  • Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Processing payments, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Responding to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the aquatic or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the aquatic or hospitality industry

  • Knowledge of aquatic safety and emergency procedures
  • Certification in CPR/AED and First Aid
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience with point-of-sale systems and other technology
