Key Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Operator Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our research and development process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Participating in online and in-person focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on a variety of topics, including child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles
• Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, to provide valuable feedback and insights
• Using products and services provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
• Demonstrating a willingness to participate in multiple topics and sessions, and to provide honest and constructive feedback
• Maintaining a reliable internet connection and having access to a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
• Access to a reliable internet connection
• The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• A desire to participate in online and in-person discussions, and to provide honest and constructive feedback
• No prior experience is required, but you must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
