Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a customer service representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling various inbound and outbound calls, including new sales and service-related calls, and performing administrative functions. Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer service, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all aspects of your work.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, including new sales and service-related calls
- Perform administrative functions, such as data entry, report analysis, and customer record maintenance
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and customer service metrics
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and report analysis
- Bilingual skills a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
