Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist in the Automotive Industry with Italian language skills, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring that every interaction is warm, enthusiastic, and resolution-focused.
  • Maintaining clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience, leveraging your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Staying updated on product offerings, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers, ensuring that you're always equipped to handle complex queries.
  • Utilizing your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Our Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Italian and B2 level in English, enabling you to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to remain calm and tactful when dealing with customers, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring that you're able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset, enabling you to think outside the box and find innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes, ensuring that you're always up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry.

Optional Requirements

While not essential, experience with other luxury Brands and Customers Relationship Management Systems (CRM) would be a valuable asset in this role.
