Job Summary

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents as required
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer service delivery
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations

Requirements and Skills

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, with a track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills
