What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Serving as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collecting and inputting patient data into our e-Intake system with accuracy and attention to detail
- Verifying products and services to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
- Managing high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake and assisting with CPAP resupply
- Providing basic technical assistance and education on CPAP equipment to patients
What's Required (Qualifications)
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
- Strong customer service background, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care
- Basic computer and internet skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- A valid driver's license in the state of residence, with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
- Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
- Familiarity with billing reimbursement and insurance policies
- Medical terminology knowledge
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions across different communication mediums
