Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work flexible hours and be available for on-call shifts.
  • Valid travel documents and the ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States, with no visa sponsorship available.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience managing a budget and leading a team.
  • Experience working on a full project or initiative, including presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of business capabilities and understanding of business activities, targets, and strategies.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's IT disciplines and interdependencies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Crewmember Assumptions

As a member of our team, you will be expected to:

  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Be available to work flexible hours and respond to on-call shifts.
  • Maintain a professional appearance while working or traveling on arenaflex flights.
  • Participate in light cleaning of the aircraft when time allows.
  • Demonstrate a strong fit with the arenaflex culture and values.
  • Comply with all safety and security protocols and procedures.
