Responsibilities

As a Remote Senior Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Transferring information from hardcopy to digital format.
• Updating and maintaining price files and internal systems, ensuring they reflect current information.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Solid experience in data entry tasks, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Excel certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Solid customer focus (internal & external).
• A workspace free from distractions with reliable, hard-wired internet connectivity.

• Healthcare background with an understanding of third-party payers, reimbursement, and GPO contracting is a plus.
• Prior experience with pricing or internal systems updates is a plus.
