Job Summary

As a Remote Walmart Reseller Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Walmart customers via chat and email. You will assist with orders, refunds, and returns, address inquiries about product availability, shipping, and delivery times, and troubleshoot technical issues on the website. You will also educate customers about products and promotions, follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to Walmart customers via chat and email, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter.

• Assist with orders, refunds, and returns, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience.
