Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and chats. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide solutions that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to arenaflex's quality standards and customer service policies

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent (must be on resume)

  • 6+ months of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Exceptional phone and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment

  • Experience working with multiple clients and products
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Training and Onboarding

As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Our training program includes:

  • Initial training sessions to familiarize you with arenaflex's policies, procedures, and systems
  • Ongoing coaching and feedback to support your growth and development
  • Access to online training resources and tools to enhance your skills and knowledge

Post-Training Schedules

After completing your training, you'll be assigned to one of the following post-training schedules:

  • 5:00AM-1:30PM AZ weekdays/ 6:00am-2:30pm weekends (S, M, Tu, W, Th)
  • 10:30AM-7:00PM AZ weekdays/ 8:30am-5:00pm weekends (S, M, Tu, W, Th)
  • 5:00AM-1:30PM AZ weekdays/ 6:00am-2:30pm weekends (Tu, W, Th, F, Sa)
  • 10:30AM-7:00PM AZ weekdays/ 8:30am-5:00pm weekends (Tu, W, Th, F, Sa)
