Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative - Call Center TS2, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in accordance with arenaflex's service standards. You'll work closely with our clients' products and services, analyzing customer service needs, and communicating with service and technical departments when necessary. This is an entry-level role that requires a strong desire to learn and grow, with opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in accordance with arenaflex's service standards

  • Analyze customer service needs, and communicate with service and technical departments when necessary
  • Maintain detailed and current knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Enter required data into client-provided systems and databases
  • Escalate or refer unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution
  • Build base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients
  • Refer to online manuals and specific client training to resolve card holder inquiries

What We're Looking For

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite within the last 18 months
  • Ability to work a mid-shift to late-shift schedule, including weekends
  • Flexibility to work hours as assigned, including 24/7 Call Center operations
  • Ability to be on camera during work hours
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Desired Skills and Capabilities

* Acquires and applies job skills and learns arenaflex policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks

  • Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes
  • Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments
  • Works under close supervision
