Job Responsibilities:

As a Live Sales Chat Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing high-level customer service excellence through our digital platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing product features, benefits, and applications to qualify leads and initiate the sales process
• Responding to and processing all incoming web chat and email inquiries from customers
• Providing exceptional customer service through our digital platforms
• Triage web-based sales leads and direct customers to appropriate selling resources
• Logging opportunities in Salesforce.com for tracking and follow-up

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in a Life Sciences field or related lab experience

• Minimum of 0-1 years of related work experience in customer service or telephone support
• Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• General knowledge of assigned product portfolio and/or customer segment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in English

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of life sciences workflows or hands-on laboratory experience in a research lab setting

• Experience in remote selling (phone or digital) and customer consultation
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
