As a Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team of customer support specialists who are dedicated to resolving post-order issues, including returns, replacements, refunds, and order inquiries. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional training and coaching to your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to meet our high standards of customer service.

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Manager to join our remote customer service team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a group of customer support specialists, providing training and coaching, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of 8-16 customer support specialists at various skill levels, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards of customer service

  • Supervise customer support specialists as they respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, social media, and other channels
  • Provide exceptional training and coaching to help customer support specialists resolve post-order issues, including returns, replacements, refunds, and order inquiries
  • Support the professional development of customer support specialists through regular feedback and coaching conversations
  • Conduct regular observations and performance reviews to ensure that customer support specialists are meeting our standards of customer service
  • Monitor call queue efficiencies to ensure timely outreach to customers and follow-up when necessary
  • Analyze trends and data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer service
  • Support special projects and initiatives as needed, working closely with the management team
  • Make recommendations and implement corrective actions to improve performance, as needed
  • Work closely with Human Resources and Senior Leadership to address employee issues and concerns
  • Effectively interview and advise applicants for hire
  • Respond professionally and courteously to escalated customer support inquiries, requests, or complaints to achieve a positive resolution

Requirements:

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically in fast-paced environments

  • Proven ability to close performance gaps and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ability to navigate multiple software systems and technologies simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to provide clear and concise feedback in fast-paced and complex environments
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent customer-facing and management work experience
