Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative - Turkish, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate our platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensuring they have the best possible listening experience. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Turkish and English, providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Turkish and English

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Ensure customers have the best possible listening experience
  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Requirements

* Strong desire to create a unique experience for each individual customer

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
  • Proficiency in providing customer support via inbound web messages
  • Experience in providing web messaging support to 3-5 customers at the same time
  • Professional/business level proficiency in Turkish and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of customer support principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the music streaming industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience in providing support to customers in multiple languages
