Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and end-users, resolving issues, and troubleshooting problems in a timely and professional manner
• Documenting all call information according to Quality Assurance (QA) and internal standard operating procedures
• Monitoring team mailbox emails and documenting according to procedures
• Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate at all times
• Adhering to departmental procedures for all emergencies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:

• A college degree and at least one year of applicable experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
• Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills on a professional level
• Strong phone skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and end-users
• Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues
• Strong commitment to customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to work remotely within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis and travel to client sites for urgent situations
• COVID-19 vaccination restrictions are no longer required to enter facilities according to CDC recommendations for any local or state requirements

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese

• Experience working in a clinical trials or pharmaceutical industry
• Familiarity with export-controlled commodities and technology regulations
