What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: - Maintaining Standard Call Volume: Meet or exceed standard call volume as outlined in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Engaging in Outbound Calling: Participate in outbound calling when inbound call volume is low to maximize opportunities and drive sales. - Achieving Company and Department KPIs: Contribute to the achievement of company and department KPIs, demonstrating your impact on our business. - Participating in Training and Utilizing Tools: Engage in ongoing training and utilize tools and resources to enhance your skills and knowledge. - Addressing Customer Concerns: Effectively address customer concerns, involving management as necessary to ensure a positive experience.

What is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need: - Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center environment, preferably in the home services industry. - Technical Skills: Familiarity with common office hardware and software, including Microsoft Office products. - Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-Solving and Dependability: Strong problem-solving skills and dependability, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. - Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
