Customer Chat Support Agent

Responsibilities

As a Customer Chat Support Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages from customers on arenaflex's website and assisting them with their support-related questions
  • Addressing general inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through chat
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, while maintaining a professional and friendly tone
  • Collaborating with the arenaflex team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you should have:

  • Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • The ability to work independently, closely follow provided instructions, and commit to a minimum availability of 5+ hours per week
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering exceptional support
