Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Broad-Based Compensation Analyst to join our Talent & Culture team. This role will work closely with and report to the Sr. Manager of Broad Based and Sales Compensation to support the design, implementation, and administration of broad-based compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to ensure our pay practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. This role provides essential support for market pricing, job architecture, salary structure maintenance, annual compensation cycles, and rewards & recognition programs.

Essential Duties/ Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

·       Prepare and submit compensation survey data (e.g., Mercer, Radford, WTW).

·       Analyze internal and external compensation data to evaluate job roles, determine salary ranges, and ensure internal equity.

·       Partner closely with Talent & Culture Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on offer creation for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers.

·       Maintain and update salary structures, job descriptions, job leveling documentation, and compensation guidelines.

·       Support the administration of the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases, promotions, adjustments, and bonus processes.

·       Partner with the Talent & Analytics team to provide reporting, dashboards, and insights that communicate compensation trends and recommendations to leadership.

·       Provide reporting and ongoing management of the company’s rewards and recognition program, including tracking program participation and effectiveness.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compensation-related projects and process improvements.

·       Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.

·       Assist with audits, documentation, and compensation data governance requirements.

·       Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, enhance decision‑making, and elevate the quality of deliverables.

Working Conditions

·       May require extended hours to meet critical deliverables during the annual compensation cycle.

·       Position may be remote or hybrid depending on business needs; occasional on-site meetings or project work may be required.

·       Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.

·       Minimal travel (up to 10%) may be required.

Minimum Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

·       2-4 years of experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics, or related fields.

·       Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools.

·       Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       High level of curiosity and eagerness to learn.

 

Preferred Requirements

·       Experience with HRIS/comp systems such as SuccessFactors, Payfactors and MarketPay.

·       Familiarity with compensation survey tools (Mercer, Radford, WTW)

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

·       Understanding of compensation concepts, salary structures, market pricing methodologies, and job evaluation principles.

·       Ability to understand stakeholder needs and deliver high-quality support.

·       Adaptability to changing priorities, processes, and organizational needs.

·       Accountability for accuracy, deadlines, and confidential information.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000 The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition the position may be eligible to participate in the benefits program which include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending accounts.
