Job Description

We are seeking a Research and Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support our clients' business needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate reports and summaries based on collected data, providing insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and ensure seamless communication
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data entry and research, applying this knowledge to improve our services and processes
• Utilize data management tools and software to efficiently collect, organize, and analyze data

Essential Qualifications:

* Proficiency in data entry and data analysis, with experience working with various data management tools and software

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and correct errors
• Excellent research skills, with the ability to extract information from various sources and synthesize data into actionable insights
• Familiarity with data management tools and software, including but not limited to:

+ Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) + Google Suite (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) + Data analysis software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a research and data entry role, with a strong understanding of data management principles and best practices

• Familiarity with industry-specific data sources and resources
• Certification in data analysis or a related field (e.g. Certified Data Analyst, Certified Analytics Professional)
• Experience working with cloud-based data management tools and software
